I'm Juan Ocaña, founder of AXON. I started the studio in Querétaro, Mexico in December 2024 with a simple idea: businesses deserve software built around how they actually work — not eternal subscriptions to generic tools.
Before writing code I go to the business: the farm, the shop floor, the warehouse. That's how Banano App (Finca La Gracia) and ServiceTrack (BioInge) were built — systems real teams use from day one, delivered in one and two months.
AXON is deliberately small. I take on few projects at a time so each one gets direct founder attention, from diagnostic to support. No account managers: you talk to the person building your system. All communication in English — docs, email and calls — from Central Time, the same workday as Texas.
