Finca La Gracia ran a multi-farm banana operation on Excel, paper and pen.
Field records were manual: information arrived late, incomplete, or not at all.
There was no single view of the operation and no way to charge system memberships online.

Web platform with a public site, marketing and online membership payments.
A field app to capture the operation where it happens, built for farm staff.
On-site research into the real business, working side by side with the client.
The outcome
Delivered in 2 months, from research to production deployment.
Management no longer depends on spreadsheets and paper to operate.
